Beisheev Marshalbek Dzhumabaevich

Beisheev Marshalbek Dzhumabaevich is an experienced lawyer specializing in customs law, civil law, administrative law and contract law. He has significant experience in registering and re-registering legal entities, as well as representing clients in court in civil, administrative and economic cases. In his practice, he is actively involved in pre-trial and claims work.

From 2001 to 2014, Marshalbek Dzhumabaevich held various positions in the law enforcement block and legal department of the State Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, where he was involved in the development of legal documents regulating customs tariff and tax mechanisms, as well as the collection of customs duties during customs clearance of goods transported across the border.

From 2014 to 2020, he headed the Legal Department of the State Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, where he took an active part in the development of the regulatory framework, as well as in the creation of the Committee of Heads of Law Enforcement Units of the Customs Services of the CIS Countries.

From 2011 to 2018, he also participated in the development and implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic and was involved in the preparation of draft regulatory legal acts for the country's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union, including the development of the Customs Code of the EAEU and the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Customs Regulation".

After 2020, Marshalbek Dzhumabaevich continued his career as a legal consultant at Vitel Auto LLC, and then in 2021-2022 he worked as a lawyer at the state enterprise Customs Infrastructure under the State Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Since 2022, he has been a senior lawyer at the Legal Partner law firm, providing legal support in various areas of law.
